It has been extra foggy and sullen here, and I don't mind in the slightest.
We went to Point Reyes to celebrate our anniversary - we were married there. Originally we had wanted to hold the ceremony on Drake's Beach, but there was the tiny issue of high tide which we did not take into account. No matter; I will always have a special place in my heart for that place.
I finished my mother's birthday gift just in time, the knick of time, so we took it with us.
I think it fit in perfectly.
you made that so fast!!!! looks beautiful! was the pattern hard?
ReplyDeleteNo, the pattern was not hard at all! So easy in fact that I worked on it for many many hours while sitting outside at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass concert and I didn't make a single mistake - my first lace piece, too! It is a little finicky at first but certainly nothing too tricky. If I make it again I will make it bigger...
